Ingredients

Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Zinc Sulphate, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Bulking Agent: Maltodextrin, Anti-Caking Agents: Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate, Sodium Borate, Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol [Carriers: Acacia, Sucrose, Corn Starch, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Antioxidant: DL-Alpha Tocopherol]), Copper Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Sodium Selenate.

Directions for use

Two tablets daily (or one tablet twice daily), with a main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
