Distilled from the herb grown in Spain, rosemary is a bright, refreshing and penetrating oil with a bracing herby aroma. Ideal in massage or the bath to stimulate the mind and relieve tired muscles. Blends well with grapefruit, lavender and lemongrass.

Ingredients

For general body massage, add up to 5 drops of this essential oil to at least 10ml of blending oil. For vaporisation, add a few drops to your vaporiser and allow to diffuse.
