Making a Purchase

To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the website. Details of our prices for the products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website. Any times or dates stated on our website for delivery are estimates only and we are very much reliant on our suppliers. We will make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the time specified, but do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order.
All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

A delivery charge is added as stated in the Delivery Information section on our website. If making multiple orders during 3 for 2 promotions no refunds will be given on postal costs incurred.

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by issuing an Order Confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us on registration or on ordering, providing it is the correct email address. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Order Confirmation e-mail or, if the Order Shipped e-mail does not contain such a date, within 30 days.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.

Internet offers relate to Internet transactions only and may not be available in store. Likewise, temporary or local special offers in store do not apply to Internet prices unless expressly specified.

Transaction Security

All credit card transactions are handled by SagePay.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the SagePay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the SagePay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Encryption and Data Storage - Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so. No individuals within SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data.
