Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Colours: Erythrosine, Indigo Carmine), Bulking Agent: Maltodextrin, Freeze Dried Black Elderberry Juice (AntiVirin®), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Zinc Sulphate, Disintegrant: Magnesium Stearate.
 

Directions

Recommended Daily Dose:
 
1 capsule daily to be taken after food with a cold drink. Not to be chewed.
 

Winter Dose:
 
2 capsules per day

To be swallowed whole. Not suitable for children aged below 12. Store below 25°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight and out of sight and reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not take on an empty stomach. If pregnant, breast feeding or under medical supervision, please seek medical advice before taking. Not suitable for vegetarians.
