Directions:

After brushing, rinse a minimum of twice a day. For best results, swish Healthy Mouth® mouthwash all around your mouth for 20-30 seconds. Regular use helps prevent some common problems from recurring. Concentrated 2:1 Dilute one part mouthwash with one part water before use, if desired.
