This specially formulated flower essence is a unique blend, carefully selected with the advice of experienced practitioners from Sun Essences, to help meet the challenges of modern life.
Vitality Essence, taken regularly, is an excellent choice to alleviate tiredness caused by long term stress, illness or whilst convalescing. However, a few drops in a glass of water can be taken as a short term lift if you feel tired and still have an evening's activity to get through. Do not, however, use this as a substitute for regular sleep and, if the fatigue continues, consult the doctor. Take as general boost, at the beginning or end of winter, or if just feeling sluggish.
Olive for extreme tiredness after a long period of strain, when you're washed out with no reserves left.
Oak for those who overwork, shoulder the burdens of others and ignore the impulse to rest.
Elm temporary exhaustion due to a constant effort to perform at highest level, overwhelmed by too much work.
Oak for plodders who overwork and hide their growing tiredness.
Tansy for a lack of motivation, propels one forward with energy.
Wild Rose for those who are tired and bored because they have no interest in life.
Clematis for those who daydream, lack vitality and tend to sleep a lot.

If you feel that 'something is coming on' tiredness, take doses every fifteen minutes for several hours as it might help to ward it off.
If unwell, take alongside any treatment given e.g. homoeopathics or Echinacea, etc, or by itself if you are sweating out something.
When there is a lot going on and much is expected of you, this blend can be supportive. However it is not a substitute for sleep.
If feeling strained, you can take Emergency Essence morning and night and Vitality during the day.

For tiredness due to an unhealthy lifestyle, but it is not a substitute for a change in lifestyle. However, Flower Essences promote self awareness, so this blend may help you see the error of your ways and encourage you to change your habits.
Five drops in a little water as often as required. It can be taken as a maintenance dose, five drops three times a day. Three drops in a little water three times daily for children (2-7 years). Avoid doses at bedtime as it might keep you awake.
When travelling, Vitality Essence will keep you going through any difficulties and gives you more vitality to enjoy your holiday. Do NOT take as a substitute for regular breaks when driving.
