Any order placed when we are closed, including bank holidays, then your order will be processed on the next working day for next day delivery. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will contact you via e-mail or by telephone and discuss your options. If you need to make an enquiry about an order, please email your order number with the enquiry, or give us a call on 0207 404 8808 during opening hours and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10.30am to 5.30am.
We use Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery for all our postage, so we can track all our deliveries. It is the only form of postage we use for our own safe guarantee. You are not being charged for this service, but you will be charged £3.95 for general postage and packaging fees for orders under £60. There must be someone present to sign for the parcel. It is free for orders in the UK over £60. (except for Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands which will be delivered after 2 working days from dispatch). European & International orders, will take longer. If for any reason, Parcelforce are unable to deliver due in the stated time to weather or hub failures for example, we will not be liable.
Parcelforce will deliver to anyone at the stated shipping address. If you do not want anyone else to sign for the parcel you must state that in the special comments when placing your order. We cannot be liable for any parcels that go missing once they have reached the designated shipping address.
We will send you a confirmation email on the day your order has been dispatched so if your order is not delivered within the time scale suggested, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on 0207 404 8808 and quote your order number. If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the courier may leave a card with information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. If they don’t leave a card you can check the status of your parcel using the tracking number we will provide you when we dispatch your order. They may also try to redeliver. If you do not collect your parcel within the specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to re-pay postage costs of £6 GBP for us to re-send the parcel. If you no longer want the parcel once it has been returned to us, we will refund you what you paid for the order minus the actual cost of delivery to our company. We will dispatch our orders in the designated time but if for any reason there is a problem with Parcelforce i.e strikes or vehicle breakdowns we cannot be held responsible for any delays in receiving your order as it is beyond our control.
We deliver to Europe. We only use Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery or ParcelForce for anywhere outside the United Kingdom.
We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties levied by authorities in the destination country. If you have any queries as regards duty on imports we suggest you contact your local customs office.
All items are tracked until they leave the UK – and in some cases on arrival in the destination country. When your item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee) which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letter box. Please note that we cannot routinely provide a copy of this signature. If no-one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.
Delivery can be from 3 days up to 14 days depending on destination.
Nail varnishes, aerosols and all flammable items are not valid for international orders.
