DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) level tablespoonful (approx. 5.8 grams) daily with a minimum of 225ml (8 fl.oz.) juice or liquids, preferably in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
