Instructions for use

Use the Body Washes whilst bathing or showering to cleanse and moisturise your entire body.
Gently rub the Body Oils onto moist skin after showering or bathing to seal in moisture and prevent dryness.
The Body Moisturisers are most effective when applied over the whole body after a bath or shower.
Apply the Hand Cream throughout the day when necessary but in moderate quantities.

Hints and tips

Quince Body Moisturiser can be very helpful in relieving eczema on the body becuase it is non-greasy and intensively moisturising.
Rose Body Moisturiser is especially effective on dry, very sensitive skin and mature skin.
Add a few drops of Lemon Bath to the water in the basin for washing your face - this is very therapeutic. If you have no time for a bath, then lots of warm Lemon Bath compresses while washing your face has a very stimulating effect.
If you have cellulite, add a few drops of Lemon Bath to a warm flannel and massage the area vigorously.
We have found that the Hand Cream can help to relieve the pain and discomfort of eczema on the hands.
