For a targeted treatment apply 1 patch to each foot using the reflexology chart to determine which areas of your body you would like to detox. Apply 3 patches to each foot for a whole body detox or to test where the body is not naturally removing toxins effectively. Patches should be left on for between 5 - 12 hours, normally during sleep time, and then a new one should be applied the next time you go to bed each night.
