Doc. Harmony, Harmony Cone founder, has a Doctorate in Natural Health from Clayton College. Following the deteriorating health of her son, she began to look into the world of alternative medicine. Gaining a Master of Science in Natural Health and a Doctorate from Clayton College, she worked passionately to learn and develop natural alternatives to traditional medicine.

Under the guidance of Dr Berryhill, a 25 year veteran of natural alternative medicine, Harmony dedicated herself to teaching and helping others to understand the benefits of alternative medicine, treatments and products.

Harmony Cone Ear Candles are all made by hand. Each ear candle is handcrafted by highly trained home school
families, people with disabilities, single mothers, Native Americans, the elderly and those in need of a job outside of the corporate rat race.

Harmony Cone are also committed to protecting the environment. Their electricity is generated using bio-diesel fuels that have a zero carbon footprint.

The Ear Candles are all made of muslin cloth and either beeswax or food grade wax. Some are aromahanced using essential oils such as lavender, eucalyptus and peppermint.

Ear candles do not remove wax and Harmony Cone are the first to dispel this myth. Many ear candles on the market claim that they remove wax from the ear. This is not true and it has been proven that they do not remove bacteria, fungus, viruses, wax or any foreign objects.

Ear Candles should never hurt. If they do, simply stop. Some people who have perforated ear drums experience an uncomfortable sensation. Please make sure that all air conditioning vents and windows are closed and fans turned off.

Depending upon the person, one ear candle could burn out in 10 to 15 minutes. Each ear candling session probably will last an hour to an hour and a half.

Ear candles can help with the treatment of sinusitis, rhinitis, earwax, earache and irritation of the ears including tinnitus. It is also suitable for the treatment of headaches and migraines. It is not suitable for those with perforated eardrums, where grommets are in place or those who may have an allergy to the ingredients. It is a safe and gentle treatment for children.

As well as the relieved feeling that comes from reduced pressure in the ears and sinuses, you may experience a general calming effect.

Hopi ear candles should not be used if there is any inflammation or infection in the ear and are not suitable for people who have had recent ear surgery, or those with ear grommets or tubes, perforated ear drums, or allergies to any of the products in the candle.

Anyone who is receiving medical treatment for any ear condition should always consult their doctor first. Some people may experience headaches or light popping in the ears after treatment.
