Lavera is a leading supplier of organic natural cosmetics. All are natural parabens-free skin care made in Germany for over 20 years. Made to the strictest European standards with Certified Organic Ingredients, Lavera is perfect for even the most sensitive skin!

Since the foundation of Lavera over 13 years ago they have neither been conducting any animal testing nor have asked others to do so on our behalf. Being a manufacturer of natural care products animal testing is certainly incompatible with our company philosophy! Lavera is a member of BDIH, the members of which follow the requirements of societies for animal protection.

Lavera makes every effort not to use any raw material which was tested on animals - as requested by the German Society for animal protection. Their suppliers are expected to prove by means of spot check their non-animal testing. Unfortunately, Lavera as a producer of natural care products cannot give legally valid guarantee for the products of its raw material suppliers

In order to be able to guarantee skin tolerance of Lavera products; they are all tested on volunteers only. These tests are conducted in co-operation with independent laboratories, dermatologists and allergists.

Lavera products are free from any synthetic preservatives and instead are preserved through a system of factors:

• careful selection of purest raw ingredients, essential oils, vitamins, a residual percentage of grain alcohol
• production in special clean rooms with airtight equipment
• packaging design that helps to preserve the products e.g. use of tubes for skin care instead of jars.

Every batch is tested for stability and is good for up to almost 3 years.
