At Green People, they combine plant extracts, oils and essences to create organic lotions which gently assist the skin’s processes to restore its natural balance. They help to soothe irritated skin, helping to relieve the itching and stinging which can cause much discomfort.

Their entire range is free from Lanolin, SLS/SLES, Parabens, Petrochemicals, Propylene glycol, synthetic fragrances and any other irritating chemicals. All of their natural skin care products are vegetarian, and most are suitable for use by vegans and are registered by the Vegan Society. None have been tested on animals. They also support charities with related environmental concerns and each year 10% of their net profit is donated to charitable causes linked to 'green' or environmental issues.

The careful formulation of our organic skin care has proven to be highly effective in helping those with skin allergies and conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and sensitive skin, with some of their customers reporting the best results they have ever seen. Although some of the products are in the baby or men’s ranges, they can be used by everyone. The baby products are particularly effective for those with skin conditions or very sensitive skin as they are extra-mild.

Many skin care products are described as being hypoallergenic. Unfortunately, this term can be a little misleading, as people can be allergic to the gentlest of plant ingredients, such as aloe Vera, so it is not actually possible to create anything which is 100% hypoallergenic. However, our avoidance of known irritants means that our products are suitable for many people who have skin sensitivities and allergies.

They have created products which are so gentle that they can be used in even the most sensitive of environments. Their have packaged their products in recyclable, biodegradable tubes and boxes; and by ensuring that they have used ingredients sourced in an ethical, sustainable ways.
