Telephone Ordering

You can order your products, or ask for any advice on products from our telephone order line by calling 0207 404 8808. If you are asked to leave a message if you call outside working hours, someone will contact you on the next working day to complete your order and take your payment details. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10.30am to 5.30am.

However prices paid on the internet are cheaper than in-store and certain terms and conditions apply when ordering over the phone so please feel free to discuss them with your customer service assistant.
